Trinidad Realty & Construction is owned and operated by Carol Brimmeier and her husband Matt Brimmeier for the past 14 years. Trinidad Realty has been in business since 1978.

Carol Brimmeier is the employing broker.  She has been a licensed real estate broker since 1987.  She is a broker who honestly cares about the personal needs of every client who walks through her door.  She stays abreast of the latest trends effecting the entire real estate industry and is ready to serve.

Matt Brimmeier has been licensed since 1989. He specializes in landsales.  Big or small he does them all.

Lisa Corsentino has been a broker associate with Trinidad Realty sinceMay of 1996.  She has approximately 20 years total real estate experience. You will find her very accommodating and committed when you work with her both in listing and selling. Lisa is also our "in house" appraiser.  So, whether you need a Realtor or an appraiser, she will have the answers.

Robin Lee has been a licensed broker associate with our company for 12 years.  She is our only part time broker.  Robin is a teacher in our local school, but is still very dedicated to her clients.  She works here full time during the summer and is also always working with clients throughout the rest of the year.  Call her anytime, she WILL call you back.
